The International Entrepreneur Category is for experienced entrepreneurs who wish to invest in purchasing and managing a business in Newfoundland & Labrador. To be eligible under this category, applicants must have a significant personal net worth and business management experience.

The eligibility requirements for applying to the International Entrepreneur category are:
- Age requirement: Between 21 to 59 years
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)
