Step 1: Determine Eligibility
Review the BC PNP streams and categories (e.g., Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level & Semi-Skilled) to confirm which stream matches your qualifications.

Step 2: Create an Online Profile
Register online through the BC PNP portal and complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) with your personal, educational, and employment details. You’ll receive a score based on various factors like work experience, education, and language proficiency.

Step 3: Wait for a Draw Invitation
If your score is high enough, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in one of BC’s regular draws, based on the specific stream you’re applying for.

Step 4: Submit a Full Application
Upon receiving an ITA, you will need to submit a complete application, including documents verifying your qualifications, work experience, and proof of funds. Application fees also apply.

Step 5: Get a Provincial Nomination
If your application is successful, you will receive a provincial nomination from British Columbia. This nomination provides a significant advantage in the federal Express Entry system.

Step 6: Apply for Canadian Permanent Residency
With your provincial nomination, you can apply to the federal government for permanent residency, either through Express Entry or the non-Express Entry process, depending on your stream.
