Receipts for Payments to Universal Adviser
Whenever you make a payment to Universal Adviser, you are entitled to request a receipt. We issue receipts for all payments received by our company. A confirmation of your payment will be sent from our centralized software. If you have any inquiries regarding payments made to us, please contact us via email at accounts @universaladviser.com.
Caution Regarding Payments to Staff
We strongly advise against making any additional payments to any staff member of Universal Adviser. If any employee offers to falsify your profile or procure documents for an extra fee, please inform our management immediately so that appropriate action can be taken against the employee. Please note that the company holds no responsibility if you engage in any verbal or written agreements with our staff or their references. Should you have paid for any additional service to a Universal Adviser employee, we disclaim liability for any resulting consequences
Vendors Referred by Staff
We discourage you from availing services from vendors suggested by any Universal Adviser employee, as this practice is neither endorsed nor sanctioned by the company. Engaging with such vendors poses a risk of fraud, and we do not accept liability for any payments made to them based on a referral by our staff.
Policy on Fraudulent Documentation
Universal Adviser does not entertain cases involving fraudulent documentation or misinformation. We process cases based on the information provided to us, which we assume to be accurate and genuine. The company cannot be held responsible if incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is submitted.
Visa Processing and Documentation
Please note that Universal Adviser does not provide documentation or assistance for visa processing. We assume that all submitted documents are truthful and accurate.

To avoid falling victim to scams or facing visa refusal
- Do not submit forged documents with your application, as this will lead to refusal and potential investigation by Indian authorities.
- Do not believe claims from staff that they can expedite application processing or influence decisions in exchange for money or favors.
- Be cautious of imposters posing as visa officers or fraudulent websites mimicking official government platforms.
- Exercise caution with overseas job offers that seem too good to be true, as these could be scams.

Universal Adviser does not guarantee job placements or visas for any candidate. Our role is to provide guidance and counseling on immigration and overseas careers. Visa approvals are at the discretion of visa officers and immigration authorities, while job offers are solely at the discretion of employers. No employee of Universal Adviser has the authority to influence these decisions, and any claims suggesting otherwise should be reported to us promptly.
