International Graduate: This subcategory is for foreign graduates with a job offer from a BC business who have finished their studies at a designated post-secondary institution in Canada.

International Post-Graduate: International graduates who have earned a master’s or doctoral degree in the natural, applied, or health sciences from a recognized institution in British Columbia and have a job offer from a BC business are eligible for this subcategory.

Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: This sub-category is for workers who have a job offer from a BC business and meet the minimal standards for the sub-category. These occupations include tourism, hospitality, food processing, long-haul trucking, and so on.
