Latest Manitoba PNP Draw

On January 12, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (Manitoba PNP) had its first Expression of Interest (EOI) draw of 2023 and issued 322 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to candidates (MPNP).

Candidates from three MPNP streams received LAAs as a result of EOI draw #165 on January 12th:

Manitoba issued a total of 260 LAAs for skilled workers with the lowest CRS score of 734.
42 LAAs were issued to the candidates from the international education stream.
20 LAAs for the Skilled Worker Overseas category must score at least 713.
In the most recent Manitoba PNP draw on Jan 12, 322 Letters of Advice were granted to eligible candidates.
27 LAAs were distributed to applicants who could provide a valid Express Entry ID and Job Seeker validation number.

The following are the main conclusions from the EOI draw on January 12:

Candidates belonging to the Skilled Worker Overseas stream of the Expression of Interest (EOI) stream were only considered by the IRCC if they had gotten a direct invitation from the provincial government of Manitoba as part of a Strategic Recruitment plan or if they possessed an IRCC Express Entry ID and Job Seeker validation code.

Candidates were only eligible to get a nomination under the MPNP if their Express Entry profile was active at the moment of application assessment.
