April 24, 2024 – Winnipeg, Manitoba
On April 24, 2024, Manitoba held its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, issuing a total of 327 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba category. The draw aimed to attract skilled individuals who can contribute to the province’s workforce and economy.
Among the 327 ITAs issued, 203 were allocated to candidates who declared completion of post-secondary education in Manitoba. This highlights Manitoba’s commitment to retaining skilled individuals who have already established ties to the province.
Candidates who met the eligibility requirements of the International Education Stream and possessed at least four years of work experience in the past five years were considered for 66 ITAs.
Out of the total ITAs issued, 68 were allocated to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, further aligning Manitoba’s immigration efforts with the federal Express Entry system.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff for this draw ranged between 644 to 811, underscoring the competitiveness of Manitoba’s PNP selection process and the province’s high demand for skilled workers.
Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program continues to play a crucial role in attracting and retaining skilled individuals who can contribute to the province’s economic growth and development. Candidates interested in immigrating to Manitoba through the PNP are encouraged to monitor future draw announcements and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for their desired stream.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) serves as a vital tool in Manitoba’s efforts to attract international talent and address labor market needs. Through various streams such as the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education, and Skilled Worker Overseas categories, the Manitoba PNP targets individuals with the skills and experience needed to contribute to the province’s economy and communities.
By actively recruiting skilled workers, graduates, and entrepreneurs from around the world, the program not only fills gaps in the local labor market but also enriches Manitoba’s cultural diversity and fosters innovation. Moreover, by offering pathways to permanent residency, the Manitoba PNP encourages long-term settlement and integration of skilled immigrants, ultimately contributing to the province’s growth and prosperity.
Stay tuned for further developments on immigration policies and initiatives in Manitoba.
