    Manitoba PNP Draw​

    On June 29th, 2023, the Manitoba government disclosed the outcomes of its latest provincial nominee draw. During this draw, three categories of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) were allotted 587 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) for Permanent Residency in Canada.

    The profiles that did not receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the occupation-specific category of the draw were taken into consideration in this category:

    International Education Stream​

    Applicants who have demonstrated their eligibility under the International Education Stream.

    Skilled Worker Overseas​

    Applicants who have been directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

    Out of the total 587 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this draw, 162 were allocated to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

    Eligibility Criteria​

    To be eligible for the Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) category, you need to meet certain criteria that establish a strong connection with Manitoba. This can be demonstrated through:

    In addition to establishing a link to Manitoba, you must score a minimum of 60 points based on five criteria: language proficiency, age, work experience, education, and adaptability. Regardless of the total points you accumulate, if you do not have a connection to Manitoba, you cannot apply under the SWO category.
