    New OINP Draw Issues 1,506 ITAs

    In a proactive move to bolster its workforce and support economic growth, Ontario held not one, but two consecutive draws on August 15th through the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, inviting a total of 1,506 skilled candidates to join its diverse and thriving communities.
    The first draw, a testament to the province’s commitment to the health and technology sectors, extended invitations to 1,131 candidates who participated in the Targeted draw for health and tech occupations. Candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 30 and above were selected, reflecting Ontario’s desire to attract top talent from these critical domains.
    Simultaneously, the second draw addressed the need for skilled trades professionals within the province. A total of 375 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates participating in the Targeted draw for skilled trades occupations, again requiring a CRS score of 30 and above.
