Ontario PNP Invites 160 Express Entry Candidates - French Speaking
On December 13, 2022, Ontario issued a call for 160 French-speaking Express Entry applicants to submit an application for a provincial nomination.
The French-speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream of Ontario’s Express Entry may allow invited individuals to immigrate to Canada. Applicants required a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 341 and 490 and an updated profile in the Express Entry system.
The creation of an Express Entry profile was required for applicants who were given a Notification of Interest (NOI) in the December 13 draw between December 13, 2021, and December 13, 2022.

The Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream
The improved Provincial Nominee Program stream known as the French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) is in line with Canada’s national Express Entry system.
Candidates who are chosen for nomination under the OINP’s human capital stream are invited to submit an official application for permanent residence in Canada.
Candidates must have an active profile in one of the two Express Entry programs listed below:
The critical elements could be used to target invitations to register for the Skills Immigration streams:
Foreign nationals cannot directly apply to the FSSW; the program is only open to those who have been invited. When applicants submit their Express Entry profiles, they are automatically included in the program’s pool of candidates. After that, Ontario will send an NOI to the Express Entry accounts of the applicants it has invited.
