Alberta Provincial Nominee Program
Alberta, out of all the Canadian provinces, is one of the most famous provinces for immigrants to settle down in recent years. It has a wide range of job opportunities, and educational opportunities to be the perfect home match for many immigrants.
Located in western Canada, the province of Alberta comprises cities like Calgary and Edmonton and is loved for its beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. A world leader in the oil and gas industry, the province is also the hub of Canada’s agricultural production. Moreover, Alberta is one of the friendliest and most diverse provinces with unparalleled natural beauty.
What Is The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)?
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, in collaboration with the Government of Canada and the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), aims to draw immigrants to Alberta. Nominees selected by the province can pursue Canadian Permanent Residency through CIC as Provincial Nominees under the AINP.
CIC ultimately handles the final decisions on provincial nominee PR applications. Meeting both program requirements and federal admissibility criteria enhances the likelihood of obtaining the Alberta Provincial Nomination Certificate, expediting petition processing.
