Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSW)
The Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSW) allows experienced skilled workers to immigrate to Quebec and settle in the province and attain Canada Permanent Residence. It is a point-based immigration program where applicants get points for various factors such as age, work experience, language etc.
QSW is a points-based immigration program, meaning applicants must meet a minimum score on a point’s assessment grid to be eligible for the program. Applicants do not have to demonstrate French proficiency for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program, but those proficient in French can attain a score on the point’s assessment grid.
To be considered for the QSW program, eligible candidates must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Arima online portal.
Quebec Experience Program (PEQ)
The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) targets temporary foreign workers or international students with Quebec work experience. Candidates applying under PEQ must demonstrate advanced intermediate knowledge of oral French. The applicant must be legally residing in Quebec while applying and when the application is processed.
Quebec Investor Program
Under this program, investors with the required skills & assets to develop and own a business in Quebec can immigrate to the province and attain Canadian Permanent Residence. To be eligible under this scheme, applicants must have total net assets of at least CAD 2 million and the ability to invest at least CAD 1.2 million with a Quebec financial intermediary.
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can obtain permanent residence in Canada through the Quebec Investor Program.
Quebec Entrepreneur Program
The Quebec Entrepreneur Program targets entrepreneurs with the financial capacity and experience required to establish a new project or manage an existing business within Quebec.
Quebec Self-Employed
The Self-Employed Worker Program is one of the immigration pathways designed for self-employed people to move to Quebec. To qualify for the Self Employed Program, the applicant needs net assets of at least CAD 100,000 accompanied with two years of experience as a self-employed worker in the field they want to practice in Quebec.

Documents needed for Quebec Immigration
- Civil Status or Identity Documents, such as your voter ID, PAN Card, Birth certificate, and marriage certificate, etc.
- Experience Certificate proving you have sufficient work experience as required by the Quebec Government.
