    Alberta has a systematic selection process quite similar to the Federal System. The point-based system awards points to candidates based on their credentials. To be eligible, you need to score at least 67 points out of 100 for various factors like age, educational qualification, work experience and English language proficiency.

    Work Experience: Maximum 15 points

    Candidates can earn a maximum of 15 points for their Work Experience. A decent amount of work experience means the individual is highly trained with the ability to handle work challenges & business hurdles. This factor is significant because good work experience can help you land a Job Offer in Alberta pretty soon and comply with the mandatory requirement of having LMIA approved Job offer in hand.
