Skilled Workers in Manitoba
The skilled Worker Program comprises three immigration streams targeting workers who have already gained employment experience or offers of employment in Manitoba. There are two ways to apply for the Manitoba PNP in 2025.
Method 1
- Step 1: Determine your eligibility for the Canada Express Entry program.
- Step 2: If you meet the requirements, proceed to create an Express Entry profile.
- Step 3: Submit the necessary documents as per the guidelines.
- Step 4: Acquire the Express Entry registration and Job Seeker Validation Code.
- Step 5: Create a profile on the Manitoba PNP official portal.
- Step 6: Link both profiles together.
- Step 7: Your applications enter the Express Entry pool for consideration.
- Step 8: Manitoba assesses potential candidates.
- Step 9: If deemed suitable, you'll receive a Notification of Interest (NOI).
- Step 10: Access the NOI through the Express Entry portal.
- Step 11: Upon receiving the NOI, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
- Step 12: Wait for the provincial nomination to be processed.
- Step 13: Upon nomination, your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score will increase by 600 points.
- Step 14: With this elevated score, you are highly likely to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
- Step 15: Proceed to apply for permanent residency through Citizenship and Immigration Canada, now known as IRCC.
- Step 16: Complete the entire application, including additional documents and fees, within the specified 60-day period.
- Step 17: Upon obtaining permanent residency, relocate to Manitoba within the designated time frame.
