The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a Provincial Nominee Program that enables foreign nationals to apply for Canadian permanent residence. MPNP targets immigrants in areas that contribute to the province: skilled workers, workers in sectors with labour shortages, recent graduates, and agricultural entrepreneurs. Manitoba offers many immigration streams, divided mainly into the following four categories:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba
The skilled Worker Program comprises three immigration streams targeting workers who have already gained employment experience or offers of employment in Manitoba. Skilled Workers Overseas
This program category is for skilled workers who can contribute to Manitoba’s workforce and can easily get settled in the province. All streams of this category give priority to workers with experience in Manitoba’s In-Demand Occupations.

Eligibility criteria for Manitoba Skilled Workers Overseas program

- Step 4: Acquire the Express Entry registration and Job Seeker Validation Code.
