- The applicant's net worth must be at least $300,000.
- It is necessary to demonstrate a personal net worth of at least CAD 300,000.
- An investment of $125,000 in New Brunswick is mandatory.
- Active involvement in the business is expected.
- Business management or relevant work experience in a financially viable company is preferred.
- A detailed business plan outlining the venture and its implementation in the New Brunswick business environment is required.
- Attendance at an interview in New Brunswick and exploration of business opportunities within the province's scope are expected.
- Proof of language proficiency in English or French is necessary.
- A security deposit of CAD 75,000 to the Government of New Brunswick is anticipated.
