Express Entry Skilled Worker
The Skilled Express Entry Skilled Worker is for applicants with NOC Skill Level 0, A, or B occupations with a guaranteed employment offer and a valid Express Entry profile.

The eligibility requirements for the Express Entry Skilled Worker Category include:
- Meeting the minimum criteria for creating an Express Entry profile
- Holding a job offer from an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador
- The job offer must be for a duration of at least two years
- Ensuring that the job benefits and salary comply with the prevailing wage rates in the province

The eligibility criteria for the International Graduate Category include:
- Completion of at least half of the studies in Canada
- Graduation from an eligible and publicly funded Canadian university or college
- Completion of at least a two-year degree or diploma
- Holding a job offer from an employer in Newfoundland and Labrador
- The job offer must be for a duration of at least two years
- Ensuring that the job benefits and salary comply with the prevailing rates in the province

- Step 14: CRS score increases by an additional 600 points
- Step 15: High likelihood of receiving the Invitation to Apply (ITA)
- Step 14: Submit the permanent residency application within the next six months
