What Is The Processing Time Of The Provincial Nominee Program Of Ontario?

The applications filed online under PNP are generally processed within six months by IRCC. Most of the streams under the Ontario provincial Nominee program have a minimum application processing time of 60-90 days.

How To Secure Canada PR Visa Through OINP?

Applicants who qualify for any of the streams must apply under the category. After receiving a nomination from the province, the applicant has 30 days to accept the same. A candidate gets an additional 600 points as per the CRS after receiving a provincial nomination and gets placed at a higher score level. This increases the chances of getting picked from the pool in the upcoming draws.

After receiving an ITA (Invitation to Apply), the applicant needs to apply within 60 days.

The IRCC determines the outcome of the application. Those who receive their PR visa needs to stay in the province for at least two years if applied through PNP.
